Spatially-resolved analysis of immune cells within the tumor microenvironment using HALOTM

Recent advancements in immuno-oncology demonstrate that the spatial distribution of immune cells within the tumor microenvironment can be used to predict survival and response to immunotherapy of certain cancers. To facilitate this analysis, we introduce new tools for the HALO platform which facilitate spatially-resolved analysis of immune markers across whole-slide tissue sections.
