The Pathologist Power List is an annual celebration of pathology and laboratory medicine that highlights individuals who are making a difference.
Is the Power List definitive? No such list can be! But we hope you find the people within to be not only inspirational but also reflective of the brilliance found in so many corners of this wonderful field.

This year’s Power List will share the most original thoughts and compelling arguments – and celebrate the individuals behind them. Please answer one of the five crucial questions below to enter. Your response may be either written or videoed..
The deadline for entries is Tuesday, July 15.
The rules
Entrants should answer only one question.
Entries may be submitted in writing (300–500 words) or video format (no longer than 5 minutes).
Entrants are requested not to use generative AI to craft their entries.
Entries will be judged blind, with judges receiving anonymized essays or video transcripts.
Judges will be asked to select the entries that contain the most original ideas and demonstrable solutions.
