Our brand new EGFR Multiplex cfDNA Reference Standard Set covers 10 EGFR variants that are implicated in the responsiveness to EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) and anti-EGFR monoclonal antibodies. In this new Reference Standard set, we provide variant allelic frequencies of: 5%, 1%, 0.1%, 0% (EGFR Multiplex wild type). The 10 variants include clinically relevant SNPs, insertions and deletions in EGFR and can be used to optimize, validate and routinely monitor assay performance.
