To provide high-quality diagnostic pathology training in Bosnia, addressing the challenges faced by young pathologists in resource-limited settings.

Approach:

• Establishment of BWSP: The Bryan Warren School of Pathology (BWSP) was established to offer accessible education in diagnostic pathology, sponsored by the British Division of the International Academy of Pathology (BDIAP).
• Annual Courses: BWSP organizes annual courses covering various aspects of diagnostic pathology, including practical skills and theoretical knowledge, maintaining low registration fees to ensure accessibility.
• Collaborations: The school collaborates with other organizations, such as the Turkish Division of the IAP and MD Anderson Cancer Center, to expand educational offerings and enhance the curriculum.
• Professional Development: Participants gain opportunities for on-location training in the UK, enhancing their diagnostic skills and professional networks through hands-on experience.
• Feedback Mechanism: Post-course questionnaires are used to gather feedback for continuous improvement of the program, ensuring that participant suggestions are considered.
