Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is the most widely used diagnostic technique in tissue pathology. However, IHC is associated with several limitations including low plex count and lack of quantification. The limited multiplexing results in missed opportunities to ask key questions about tumor biology that could be important for diagnostic and prognostic outcome. ChipCytometry™ is a novel precise spatial multiplexing imaging platform that addresses these challenges by combining iterative immuno-fluorescent staining with high-dynamic range imaging to facilitate quantitative phenotyping with single-cell resolution.

Webinar Learning Objectives:

  • The importance of high-plex spatial analysis.

  • The ChipCytometry workflow for high-plex quantification of protein targets using standard open-source antibody conjugations.

  • How the ChipCytometry™ platform employs high-resolution HDR imaging for single-cell quantification of both high- and low-expressing targets.
