The NEXTFLEX® Variant-Seq™ SARS-CoV-2 kit simplifies the identification of SARS-CoV-2 mutations with an amplicon-based WGA workflow using ARTIC v3 primer pools. The workflow is optimized to quickly, easily, and affordably identify all mutations in a sample. The protocol is streamlined by eliminating a new extraction and quantitation prior to RT. Pre-programmed protocols are available automating the workflow on multiple liquid handlers offering labs the flexibility to meet their throughput and hands-on time needs.
