Exciting developments and trends? Millennials entering the workforce is an exciting development. In today’s environment, path trainees are recognized as meaningful contributors a lot earlier than in the past. It could be because we grew up with technology and embraced the fast-paced environment. I am not saying that we will solve all the problems, but if we work like “old school” and bring our technological savvy to the table, we have a massive capacity and opportunity to integrate the conventional pathology with current developments.
Qualities of innovative thinkers? A truly innovative thinker has to be truly creative with relentless focus on improvement. The creativity then needs to be bundled with effective execution. The amalgamation of these traits creates a truly unique individual who can achieve remarkable results.
