About Kate Fenna

Just seven years into her career, Kate is Principal Clinical Biochemist and National Clinical Fellow at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust also works in the Office of the Chief Scientific Officer at NHS England and NHS Improvement. At the start of the pandemic, she took on the role of STP Training Officer, successfully managing five sites of trainees. She has already earned a number of prestigious awards and achievements – and her energy goes beyond medicine; a dance lover, Kate says her alter ego is “definitely a backing dancer for a huge A-lister like Beyoncé.”
