About Carlo Ledesma

For eight years, Carlo has been Director of the MLT and Phlebotomy Program at Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma, where he has influenced many colleagues and hundreds of students during his tenure. As the oldest of eight siblings living in the Philippines, Carlo never thought it would be possible to enroll in post-secondary education – yet he successfully graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in Manila. Today, he helps students from similar backgrounds become laboratory professionals through the MLT program, which boasts an impressive 90 percent passing and employment rate.
