He was a vital leader in the creation and opening of Community Labs SA, a nonprofit laboratory providing free and low-cost PCR-based COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic people in San Antonio, Texas. A certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and Specialist in Blood Bank, Jack is currently an AABB consultant and active in various professional and academic advisory councils.
