Jessica is a Technical Specialist in Molecular Diagnostics in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In anticipation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica and her team worked tirelessly to develop, validate, and operate laboratory-developed tests in under seven days. Not only that, but she also proceeded to expand testing to four platforms to ensure a durable supply chain. Nominators describe Jessica as a “phenomenal example of the best that laboratory medicine has to offer.”
