  2. Study analyzed 8,551 cases, identifying 10 due to AR.

  3. Mean age of AR cases was 43 years.

  4. Significant heart weight increase in AR group.

  5. 70% of AR patients showed myocardial fibrosis.

  6. Bicuspid aortic valve was present in 70 percent of AR cases.

  7. Chronic regurgitation impacts valve morphology prominently.
