The Pathologist is on a mission to bolster the profile of laboratory medicine. To that end, we’re taking a new look at the Power List – this year, a celebration of the “rising stars” in the field. Your mission? To nominate the trainees and early-career professionals who have inspired you – whatever your specialty.

Recognizing the most influential “rising stars” in laboratory medicine. Nominate now by clicking here. The Pathologist’s 2016 Power List will survey the achievements of outstanding trainees and early-career professionals across laboratory medicine. Help us to put the next generation of thought leaders, opinion shapers and unsung heroes in the spotlight.
Complete the online form here or email the Editor, Fedra Pavlou, at fedra.pavlou@texerepublishing.com (subject line: Power List 2016). To be considered, please include:

  • Name, affiliation and career stage of the person you are nominating
  • Why you are nominating them (50–150 words)
  • Your name, affiliation and email address
The process:
  • You can nominate yourself or someone else
  • The deadline for nominations is Monday, 7th November 2016.
  • The full list of nominations will be put to an expert panel to make the final selection.
  • The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence regarding their deliberations or the final list will be entered into.
The Pathologist’s 2016 Power List will be published in the December 2016 issue of The Pathologist, in print, on the iPad app and online.
