Developing Spatial Signatures – Profiling the Immune Microenvironment in Large Cohorts

sponsored by Akoya Biosciences

Available On-Demand

March 24th, 2022 - 9:00 AM PST - 10:00 PST

In this webinar, Dr. Jonathan Nowak and Grady Carlson discuss the application of digital pathology and multiplex imaging to study gastrointestinal cancers, with a focus on profiling all cell types in the tumor microenvironment. Special emphasis will be placed on analyzing large cohorts containing hundreds of patients as well as aspects of the PhenoImager HT system that can support the development of clinical assays.

Examples of novel image analysis algorithms and workflow extensions beyond routine 7-9 plex antibody-based panels will also be provided to demonstrate the broad utility of multiplex imaging.

Webinar Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how multispectral imaging can be used to profile many different cell types in the microenvironment of gastrointestinal tumors
  • Learn how multispectral imaging can be implemented at scale and in a highly reproducible manner suitable for potential clinical applications
